My experience at Weight Loss MD was very mixed. I did lose some weight, but overall, the negatives outweighed the positives. I was a patient there for about a year, I believe. More than once, I showed up to pick up my medication only to be turned away because no one was there to dispense it. There was never any notice online or by text/email, and calling ahead didn’t always help since the hold times were so long. The medical assistants were very friendly and helpful, but because of the NP Chrissy or Kristi, who spent very little time with me ( under 10 minutes) was very rude saying in front of entire Waiting room while I was checking out) that I had taken up too much of their time I would not recommend this clinic on the day she works. I have worked 40 years in healthcare as an RN and have never treated or spoken to somebody the way she spoke to me.
