When I decided to have the lap band surgery I thought it would be a quick fix. Even though at every pre-operative appointment Dr. DeBarros, Dr. Orris and their staff at WILAZ always told me there would still be work I need to do, I did not think that would apply to me… Boy was I wrong! Dr. Orris and his team are awesome. They work really hard to get you ready for surgery and the support is above and beyond from the nurses, dietitians, finance and of course Dr. Orris. They are a very busy team and usually run a bit over the scheduled time, so always plan to stay a little longer than anticipated. They are worth the wait!
Dr. Orris and the WLIA staff were awesome. They were very professional and friendly on my first visit. They went over all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. I feel really good about my decision and plan on moving forward with them.
I had my surgery with Dr. Orris in Oct. I'm super happy with the results so far. The office staff is great as well as Dr. Orris. I would highly recommend WLIA. Best decision I've made.
The staff was very friendly and thorough with my initial consultation. They went over the process and didn't rush over any details. They made me at ease and I felt confident in the decision to go with WLIA.
