ONLT reason I gave then a 1-star was there was nothing lower to select.Went to this facility for a weight loss consult, found out they were an out-of-the-network provider. During the consult one of the first things they do is have a financial consult. this seems odd as they had not reviewed the medical necessity first. During the financial consult, they tried to influence me to use out-of-network policy and that by doing so they can discount their services, t then went back to say lets use the in-network police. I received a bill 3 years after the consultation of what the insurance did not cover. I did not meet the requirements for insurance to cover the procedure, so I did not move forward with the company. Shame on them for waiting 3 years to send a bill when I have moved to a different state instead of contacting me in the 2.5 years I was still in Arizona at the same address from the date of consultation. I do NOT want it to hit my credit so I paid it but this is unjust actions for a company to wait that long to send a statement.... read more
In July, I will be celebrating 3 years with my lapband! It has not been the easiest process, and is still something I work hard at every day. With the help of WLIA I was able to say goodbye to diabetes, and live a healthier lifestyle. Thanks Dr. Orris and team.
Dr Orris and his staff were great to work with through this entire experience. With every issue I faced they were there to help me through it. I had my surgery in April and I've already loss over 30 pounds. I feel fantastic! My blood pressure is down, my back feels so much better and I have energy! I strongly recommend these great people!
Seems like they are all very nice, friendly and helpful. They really want you to be healthy but never make you feel bad because of your weight or perhaps a bad choice. They just encourage you to make a better choice next time around.
I've been coming to WLIAZ for the last two years and i couldn't be happier. Everything has been easy peasy. Mike and Dr. Orris have been very reachable and make me feel like I am not just a number. Also, the staff have been so professional and kind. Thank you!
Everyone Is very friendly and helpful. I was nervous about going, but they made me feel very comfortable. I can't wait until my surgery!
