RecommendedI had septic system at my old house. Weidner’s is a great choice.
Had a pump installed about 2 years back. Came with a 3 year warranty. Pump quits working. I called to have them check it out. They don’t see this on my account so they cannot honor the warranty. They also have another name on the account even though I’ve owned the home for 9 years and ONLY used them for all my septic work. Oh well. Good thing I’m loaded I can just drop a grand on a new pump. Will not dare use this company again though.

Hello, I'm sorry you feel this way, there are 2 other companies with the name Weidner out there. Maybe you have the wrong company that installed your pump. We have never done a 3 year warranty on a pump. I also don't have your last name in our records, have we pumped your septic tank before? I don't see you in my database. I'm sorry this happened to you, but I think you have the wrong company. If there is anything that we can do to assist please reach out.
