I live in one of your apartments here in anchorage when I first moved in to your apartment it was noted to have a broken window that was promised to be fixed. That was back in June it didn’t get addressed til the second week of September the widows was just a wooden board that was not even seal allowing pest to come into my home and infest it. Worst apartments and management in Alaska
Property management office is never open. Says 10-6, but there hasn't been anyone in office for 4 days. Also, as some pictures show, dog poo is a definite problem all around the entire property.
•Tom was unprofessional and argumentative. He yelled at me and my son, terrible communication and very rude. He would not show up at times he agreed or show up without notification. •James F on the other hand, was very responsive and efficient. James was very kind and communicative. He was able so fix issues that previously went unresolved.
I currently live in one of their units, they turned off our wifi and told us its our fault that its messing with other apartments. Only to find out the entire buildings fiber optics are bad, and now we are stuck in a purgatory of GCI and Weidner playing the blame game with each other, the office tells us GCI did the wiring, only for GCI to say they havent been called out to work on these buildings in years.
