Find somewhere else to rent. They don't take care of their tenants and do annoying stuff like send out an email saying they're going to cut off the water 5 minutes after they've already done it.
Weidner is great if you dont care about the property being well maintained, safe, cheap, or enjoyable to live it. If you care about any of that, go elsewhere.
MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE DO NOT MOVE IN! If I could give weidner apartments a zero stars I would. They do not care about their tenants in the slightest. You cannot receive any mail larger than a typical envelope and when trying to figure out a better solution they tell you to send it somewhere else. Here to leave a review after escaping this hellhole of a city. Make sure to get everything in writing. After the multiple murders and shooting in 2024 I was told I could break my lease a month early over the phone. After settling everything and moving out, Alpine sent debt collectors after me for the remainder of my lease. Worst rental agency i've ever worked with. slow to respond to work order requests, hold outdated appliances and amenities. petty move out policies. and their account specialists don't answer the phone when you call to ask about them.
