This was a godsend when I first moved in from Seward, but for 3 winters I had so much condensation running down my windows to the carpet, I had mushrooms growing out of carpet and drywall. Mold builds up around windows every winter, the moisture warped the cabinets, and the mildew ruined food. This August11, I got an email saying the elevator would be out of service for 6 weeks. I live in one of your apartments here in anchorage when I first moved in to your apartment it was noted to have a broken window that was promised to be fixed. That was back in June it didn’t get addressed til the second week of September the widows was just a wooden board that was not even seal allowing pest to come into my home and infest it.
