The building is kept clean, reasonably priced and in a great location. My son however has been accused of behaviors he did not do. One actual infractions he admitted to was smoking on his deck versus 50 feet from the building, before clearly understanding the rules. He has not since repeated this. Rent has always been on time and the apartment kept up. Yet we just received notice that they would not be renewing the lease. When asked for an explanation, I am accused of harassing them.
