This companies attitude is just that of a business with a captive audience, if you don't like it then leave. As long as they pay all is well.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Management does not have the best interest of its tenants at heart. Company is looking for any and every way to charge tenants during the move out process. High turnover rate so expect to deal with many different leading agents who all say different and contradicting things. Property manager is rude, unprofessional, and money hungry. Have never dealt with such difficult and cruel individuals in my life.

Poor service from staff and they rip you of your deposits. They take advantage of young renters, military members and pet family's. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Worst experience with living situations, worst 11 months of my life!

To Whom it may concern, The residents were charged accurately based on the condition of the apartment after move out. Per the onsite teams and carpet cleaning vendors assessment, the carpet was in need of a pet seal due to the damages caused by the pet, the total cost of the pet seal was $140. We understand the residents had a service animal however, the residents are still liable for any damages caused by the dog. Residents signed a pet addendum within their lease agreement. Weidner Apartment Homes purchased ******** ***** ********** from ******** *********** ***** in Tulsa approximately two years ago. I have lived in my unit for nearly three years. Since Weidner assumed ownership, the physical facilities have not been as well maintained as they were by the previous owner. For more than a year the paved surfaces were buckling and cracked in m multiple places. The gates were left open for months on end. Horrible Company.. Would never live in another one of there properties
I have lived at the Reserve at Arrowhead apartments for 5 years. Since Weider took over management, there have been nothing but problems. My utilities (water, sewage, trash) increased to about $15 more per month, without an explanation. I have submitted a complaint and asked for an explanation, however they have failed to provide a response, typical. I requested maintenance to come fix my water as I had no hot water, they didn't respond and had I not kept hounding them, I don't think I would have gotten anything done. They c... read more

There has been an increase in utility billing. Lincoln was only charging back 70% of their utility amount billed to the community. Lindsay signed a lease renewal with Weidner effective 5/1/16. With Weidner we charge back 100% of the utility amount billed to the community. This is something explained to residents on a daily basis as leases are renewed from Lincoln to Weidner.
