I’m a current resident of one of their rental properties and I have had a leak in my roof for 3+ months. Mold has begun to grow in the ceiling around the leak and I have no doubt it’s spread further than that. I’ve emailed everyone who I have contact information for and I have received “we’ll take care of it” but with absolutely zero follow through. I’m hoping they care more about their public image than their tenants and they’ll see this and fix my roof and the mold!
