They jumped in and declared themselves as our realtor but hid things like well water bad this cost us $8200+ just to be able to use but still have to filter our drinking water taxes didn't get filed properly for year and we got hit with double taxes basement is damp and very cold most of the trees are dead yes I purchased in the winter deceptive practices just to sell very unhappy would never reccomend them
