after meeting with one of their realtors i decided to use them to sell my house in elkhart in. they come off as very snobby and elitist. if you dont own a 200,000 dollar plus home ,i dont think they even try and sell it. the agent hasnt even been in contact with me for over 2 months. i,m glad the contract is expiring with them. my advice would to be to avoid them whether you are buying or selling. very poor customer service.
