We are in the process of selling our house. I am not impressed. Apparently, they have 1 sign that offers no money down... I say this because ours blew away in a storm. After being told it would be replaced, After 2 weeks, it still hasn't been replaced. The "caravan of realtors" had zero results. This one is a long time coming.. If you have any respect for yourself, do not use Weichert and definitely don’t use Mary Anne McIntyre. The whole selling process of our home has been a nightmare for me, my family, and our friends. It has taken a toll on our health both mentally and physically. We were actually sued for the sale of our home by the buyers.
