I would never use these people again. They (i.e., Robin), ended up listing my home for below market value. It sold in two weeks, Robin called me and was so excited about it... I told her that I was not surprised at all, of course the home would sell quickly if you were giving it away... Horrible people to deal with...
Mark did an excellent job managing my mother's house as a rental property. When we decided to sell the property after she died, he helped make the process quick and painless. He arranged for repairs prior to sale which were completed in a timely fashion. We live in Canada. We were able to complete the sale through docusign, with only one document needing to be mailed signed and returned. IT was a hot property, sold quickly at our target price. Worst home buying experience ever. Lied to several times during purchase process. My home inspection wasn't submitted in time to the sellers and nothing was fixed because of this but, we were lied to and told that items would be repaired and found out after closing that the sellers never agreed to fix anything. We have been in our home less than 2 months and have already spent thousands of dollars in repairs. We could have done a better job representing ourselves and saved a ton of money.
