This is a review for the property management aspect of Weichert - Coastal City. We recently relocated from the west coast to one of their properties at Pelican Point. Unfortunately, we were not able to see the property in person prior to signing lease, but were reassured it was turn-key. Since moving in we have had an incredible number of problems with virtually no response from Weichert - Coastal City. 1) Sewage backflows into the majority of our drains in the kitchens and bathrooms.
