Would give them zero stars if I could. We found Katie LaQua and her firm as one of the "recommended" options through my mortgage company. They offered to drop a couple grand off our loan if we bought our house using their recommended realty agent. Lesson learned. I'll never trust a bank to recommend me an agent again. I really enjoyed my experience working with Shannon. I could tell finding the right home for me was just as important to Shannon, as it was to me. Shannon was attentive to details when it came to viewing homes and paperwork which was extremely important to me. I felt valued as a client. Shannon made me feel like I was her only client and I appreciate that type of service. By the time of closing you'll feel more like family.
