What a disappointing experience with this company. They seem more focused on their commissions and internal sales competition than on fostering long-term relationships with repeat customers. When I brought up grants and closing cost promotions, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. The same goes for their sister mortgage company (Mortgage Access), with whom I’ve also been a repeat customer.
