We would highly recommend LiliaDeWald. Lilia guided us witha positiveattitude, step by step through the process. She was flexible andhad excellent resources to use along the way to prepare the propertyfor showing.She was always upbeat andvery responsive to our phonecalls, texts and emails. Lilia followed up with us after the closingto make sure any usual post closing meeting items were resolved. Lilia is a caring person and met our needs. We woulddefinitelywork with her again.
We are so happy with the house that we purchased with the Weichert Manassas crew. We want to give a shout out to Bob Bendinelli especially. horrible customer service. do yourself and your Family a favor by staying away from these con artists. if they know they not making a commission from you they will hang up on you saying they have other clients. they will double rent a house and misrepresent any chance they get. specially Mary Ann Bendinelli
