My experience with realtor Kathy Bransky was disappointing. She attempted to secure a loan for our buyer through a bank where she also works as a loan officer which created a potential conflict of interest. Important concerns were raised early in the process but were ignored, and ultimately the buyer’s loan was denied for reasons that could have been addressed. Agent Kathleen Bransky ruined what should have been a simple transaction. Her ignorance and poor communication are shocking! Her lack of professionalism and knowledge made a stressful process even worse. She mismanaged everything and gave Weichert a bad reputation. Her mistakes cost us weeks and a lot of frustration. Avoid her completely!
