THEY ARE THE WORST. I dealt with a realtor who was completely UNETHICAL. I know for a fact I had the higher bid for the house I wanted in cash, yet she still coached two out of the three trustees to say no because they had begun the buying process with someone else. A different realtor from the company told me when I put my bid in was still fair game, and I should have gotten it.
