This was my mom's first Laser procedure and we were treated very well. Pre and Post instructions were given with ease. Mother was really nervous but they made her feel warm. Thank you because it alleviated my fears as well. She did really well.
We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Huang. She performed cataract surgery on my dad. While the first eye healed well, the second surgery led to serious complications. During follow-up appointments, Dr. Huang was vague and dismissive, showing little interest in addressing our concerns or providing clear explanations about what was happening. On time, very decisive, answered questions which I should have had more of.
Wonderful patient to doctor bedside manner. She really seems to be empathetic and professional when it comes to relating the importance of each process to each patient. She continues to complete each procedure with precision and knowledge.I like and TRUST her.She examined my eye for cataract surgery and discovered I have a rare condition in my eye that I would have never known existed had it not been for Dr. Huang. So pleased with her and CEENTA staff across the board... EXCELLENT Care .
