Not a good listener, dismissive, and condescending. I left the office without answers to my health concerns.
I went to Dr. Huang on a Wednesday for consultation on my cataracts. She told me I needed to immediately have surgery to get it done as soon as possible. She scheduled me for that Friday. My son & I took the day off from work went to her office for my a.m. appt. When I arrived I paid my $30 co-pay walking to her office she tells me she is not doing the surgery. From the time that her assistant called my name to welcome me back, I should have known to cancel my appointment! For starters, there is a door that the assistant opens to call the patient back. Instead of the assistant standing in front of the door or holding it open, she swings it wide hoping that patients will walk through it while it’s in motion.
