Dr. Gui is an example to all doctors & office staff! & should give lessons to all other businesses!! The patient customer service is top notch & so is Dr. Gui!! I will be telling every one I know!! Dr. Gui as well as all his staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring & use a calm & gentle approach. HE SAVED MY EYE!!!
The optometrist referred Dr Wei Gui at Orange IVY Retina for my daughter ‘s retina tear problem during the annual check-up . She not only got the same day appointment with Dr Gui but also Dr Gui stayed late to perform laser treatment on her eye at the same day! I feel relieved my daughter’s eyes problems got fixed in time!
