Dr. Lin may be a talented surgeon, and I once thought that skill was the only thing that mattered in choosing a doctor, but I was wrong. My mother was Dr. Lin's patient, and she had a hard time hearing. Instead of looking at her & speaking more loudly, he would talk to the family as if she wasn't there. He was always brusque & gave the impression of being in a big rush. He barely spent any time with her when he rounded, and totally missed a complication after the surgery. Surgery skill-5 Care-0
