unprofessional While the Dr's were great in dealing with my children ages 11, 9, and 6, the ladies at the appointment desk and receptionist's desk were a complete embarressment. My 6 year old son and wife heard the ladies commenting about him and having a good laugh. It bothered him enough for him to come home and ask me questions about why these "grown-ups" were laughing. worse "dentist" ever! I made an apt for my fiance to have his teeth cleaned simple procedure right? WRONG!! they instead spent 2 hours nit picking his teeth and giving him a 7000. estimate on his teeth, yes we are aware there are some issues he was in an accident. RecommendedI've been to several dentists/orthodontists over the course of my life and I've never felt better taken care of than I do by Dr. Scott and his team. I recently moved my kids (7, 5) from their Pediatric dentist to Dr. Scott as well and am so glad I did. The front desk staff is so helpful and is always ready with answers regarding what is and is not covered by your insurance. I have never had a pleasant experience at a dentist before coming here. I actually fell asleep! I highly recommend this for everyone's dental needs.
From the time I met Dr. Scott Wehrkamp all the way thru my first visit, I was impressed by him, his staff, and the difference a great dental practice makes. I feel totally comfortable and confident for the first time ever with the recommended treatments, and having someone go thru what insurance covers and out of pocket potential costs.. Dr. Scott and his staff were totally AWESOME!! I woke up yesterday with an abscess. They got me in right away. In a total span of about 15-20 minutes (it felt more like 2-3 minutes!!), he was done. Got rid of the teeth and sowed me up with no pain!! I have been afraid of dentists my whole life, but Dr. Scott and staff put me right at ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 💜🤗
As always I received a very thorough cleaning. This dental clinic is one of the best in the region. My wife and I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years.
