Amazing experience at this auto garage- and that’s rare to find! Was told to go here by a friend and so glad I was. The whole crew is so helpful, especially Nikita, and the prices are the best I’ve found in LA. Came in for oil change and overall check up on my 2002 Ford Escape and was very happy with the experience. Will be coming here for all my car needs moving forward.
I brought my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan to this auto shop for repair. I described the symptoms — low power, unstable engine performance — and mentioned that another mechanic had suggested the turbo might be the issue. But I didn’t ask them to replace the turbo. I simply expected them to diagnose and fix the problem properly. At first, they performed some unrelated repairs — including replacing relay #75 and doing other minor things — and charged me $1,100 (I even gave them a $100 tip, thinking they had fixed the issue). Honestly had low expections but the auto repair was much better then i thought. It wasnt perfect but they fixed it without any issue and didnt charge too much. Cant complain much, they got the job done well.
