I've lived at Wehnwood for 2 years. Ive loved every second of it especially under the new management. The new maintenance men are wonderful, very quick to getting to maintenance requests, and very kind. Every worker is always smiling and friendly!
This apartment complex company is among the best around! The cost is great for college students and their team is thorough with their work! Keep up the great work WW
Inexpensive with lots of room for two people to share. Large bedroom much larger than at my parent’s house. The location is convenient to campus to easily be able to walk to class. Anytime it snows it’s shoveled and cleared in the parking lot as well. For the value of this apartment it’s a great deal.

Overall, this is a good place to stay. Renovations get done fairly quickly, and the workers are really nice and helpful whenever they’re able to assist. It’s a great option for students because it offers independence at an affordable price. The apartments are quite spacious, which is a big plus. That said, I hope the student apartments also get renovated in the future. I also HOPE the large parking lot gets plowed more consistently during the winter.
