We were ready to work for WEHNER MULTIFamily as vendor but what a big surprise, many of their properties in the DFW area were sold. We personally call and visit these multifamily properties. What a shame that they still enlisted these properties in their third party platform for vendors. Disappointed because their insurance standards requirements are high for what they offer you as a vendor. I hope this changes and they get feet on land.

If I could give this property management company zero stars I would, unfortunately. I've lived at Icon Apartments in San Antonio TX, managed by Wehner, for 2 years. In July of 2023 our building burned down and we were moved into a smaller same priced apartment infested with roaches and surrounded with noisy neighbors. It is now December : I've had no mailbox since July, I've lost access to hot water more times than I can count and the washer\ dryers in our laundry room rarely work as they're supposed to.
