Thank goodness for John Wehn! The ice and snow has wreaked havoc on systems so he is even busier than usual but called me back quickly to help resolve a problem with our hybrid system. We have relied on John for years now for advice on systems as well as maintenance and he always delivers.

I have used WEHN since the mid 2000's. I have never had a bad experience, and they have never tried to up-sale or scare me into a new systems. Called this morning because of no AC and I'm stuck at home after a knee replacement. Showed up before noon and got the system up and running at a reasonable cost. I'm very grateful to have them as my HVAC people. Had my second service call with John this morning. My AC unit stopped working on a 97 degree day. I have hired John a handful of times in the past. I've always been impressed with his communication skills. He consistently corresponds to keep his customers in the loop for his time of arrival. He's honest and explains the issues in layman's terms. The value of his service call and work done is very reasonable. There would be no reason to call anyone other than John Wehn, HVAC. Lack of communication , does not pick up phone , delays work. Find someone better.
