I have used WEHN since the mid 2000's. I have never had a bad experience, and they have never tried to up-sale or scare me into a new systems. Called this morning because of no AC and I'm stuck at home after a knee replacement. Showed up before noon and got the system up and running at a reasonable cost. I have hired John a handful of times in the past. I've always been impressed with his communication skills. He consistently corresponds to keep his customers in the loop for his time of arrival. He's honest and explains the issues in layman's terms. The value of his service call and work done is very reasonable. There would be no reason to call anyone other than John Wehn, HVAC. I could not be happier with this business. Woke up on Christmas day with no heat. Called and left a message. John Wehn Jr texted me back within minutes and gave me tips on checking for the cause. When nothing seemed to work he said it is most likely a problem with my air handler. Since I have a fireplace , we were able to be warm so he came out the next day and confirmed the air handler was the problem. He ordered the part and as soon as it came in he was here installing it.
