Relaxed and professional have been with them 5 years,they cater for alot of different cases and are extremely compassionate and understanding.
Unable to get a hold of them via phone call. Unable to leave a voicemail and they haven’t responded to an urgent referral sent through.
Thankfully not a patient, but my experience with Karina and Don at their clinic remains. I was polite enough not go into all of the negative details. The fact that the only reply is “this person is not known” and reading some of the other replies only solidifies my view.
She is friendly and knowledgeable.k
