Let’s talk about REAL customer service. Had a new roof put on by Mike Katon and his crew at Wegner Roofing and Solar back in October. Fast forward to recently: a leak pops up through the exhaust fan in our master bath. Most companies would ghost you or make excuses—NOT these guys. I reached out to Mike on a Saturday. By Sunday? He hits me back personally. Monday morning, a three-man crew is at my door and they find a vent defect and knock it out in under an hour. This is how business should be done.
