We arrived in Ft Pierre on a Sunday evening with a hole in our Buick's gas tank. A quick stop at the Wegner service dept early Monday AM was met with smiles and great service. Told them where the car was, ate breakfast, and by the time we returned to where the car was, it had already been picked up. Even though the tank had to be trucked in, Wegner still had us back on the road by Wed., afternoon. That's what I call GREAT SERVICE. THANKS GUYS.
My husband and I just suffered a minor emergency on our way across the state. We were picked up by T.J., the tow truck driver who was not only quick and efficient but great to talk to. He is the one who suggested Wegner's to get our truck, now minus all its oil, looked at. We got there and were helped immediately by Keith, a service manager. Bought my first car in 2006 from Wagners, a 2004 Grand Am and it's never let me down!
Needed a tow about an hour outside of Pierre today. Herman came out, super nice guy. Got us up on the truck and to a repair shop in 10 minutes. Easy and awesome. Thanks Herman!
