This guy scammed me hard on an old defective Pismo G4 upgrade. I sent it back, and after a bit of runaround (this guy won't pick up the phone himself to deal with customers, and the secretary won't put you through), he blew me off saying I would get a refund, which of course, I never got. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
