I went for my scheduled appointment after receiving automated reminders and being requested to confirm my appointment, only to find that the office had been closed since February.
I started treatment at this office for a dental bridge and was charged $6,375 through CareCredit. The bridge was never finished. The permanent bridge did not fit properly and was sent back to the lab. Before treatment could be completed, the office closed without notice. I was never contacted regarding the closure or next steps, and my calls have gone unanswered. I was left mid-treatment with a temporary crown that later failed. Update: I love this dentist but annoyed b/c they texted me reminding me of my appt and then I drove here in the rain right before the storm and their doors are closed with a sign saying closed for maintenance until further notice. They should have canceled upcoming appts and definitely not reminded me of the appt only to not be here. Very weird. Hope they come back though, this is the best dentist I've ever had. Not sure if they have closed the doors or what. Frisco location is closed. Tried calling all their different offices left messages no response. All I need is an itemized bill for one of the visits to submit to my fsa. I can’t get a hold of anyone. This is a first time for us for an office closed and no way to contact.
Great dental office. Dr. Han was outstanding and dental assistant super nice. I highly recommend.
