This company is a professional extortionist. Not providing any sort of service agreement while sparsely maintaining your lawn is their method of operation. They will make glorious promises to you that their products are fully guaranteed and their products are top notch, but buyer beware. The situation I had with them stems from services that I did not want or ask for, however they decided to apply chemicals to my lawn anyhow and then proceed to threaten to send me to collections.
