Derek was our tech today. The company truck looked very clean and Derek wore nice clothes and had a professional appearance. He was very personable, respectful, professional. I forgot to pick up the toys and some soda cans. I went back outside to do get them but Derek already had those items organized on the deck. Derek was extremely knowledgable in the operation. And he has a great sense of humor. Great guy.
Diego was amazing. He was really nice and went above and beyond. And gave me some really helpful information and great service.

Not off to a great start. I signed up two weeks ago and have never used a lawn service before. The the first fertilization spray seem to work well, but since then, they have tried to upsell me twice--once when they came to aerate, and another from a cold call early in the morning. The call started off as a ruse to schedule my service, but the phone rep didn't even take a breath so that I couldn't have a chance to say no thanks.
