I signed up with ****** and paid 1 Year upfront to get a discount. It is now first of May and I have called them on multiple occasions and cannot ever get to speak with a live person. The salesman keeps telling me that he has asked the supervisor to call me and HAS NOT CALLEED me at all. I have to now, dispute my cc charge since they have failed to DO ANY WORK.

First they inundate you with up sales calls which prompted Me to cancel the service then they keep at you even after you tell them to remove your name from their call list. This has been going on for a year. Im at the point of seeking legal counsel because it is like harassment at this point. Do not touch this company.

After 7 years of frustrating communications, I have terminated any further treatments. A series of unfulfilled promises to improve service and make things right, lack of communication between managers and technicians to correct problems, and treatments/aeration/seeding missed or completed without notifying customer per notes in my account are but a few problems encountered over and over. This place is the worst. They want to keep upselling you on all these other services. DONT get me started on the amount of times they call you everyday. There is just as many weeds in the lawn as their was when they first started. They missed spots in the yard and when you get the free "retreatments" they either dont get out of the truck other than to put a sign in the yard or they dont even show up. I have cameras and I work from home so when talking to the retention department I could prove it but all they want to do is n... read more

I had an agreement to put all service on hold for two months and then if I agree to continue service it could continue. I received a call a week later at 8:309 am to service my lawn. I returned the call at 12;30 not to service my lawn and that I have an agreement to not provide service for two months. They provided a service anyway and they say I owe them for the service.As of today 3/20/2023 I have made sure they canceled my account. I will see if they try to service my lawn again.

This company has zero accountability and a history of "ghosting". I have attempted to reach out numerous times to management and get nothing in response. I have provided home security footage of drivers sitting the in trucks smoking, getting out, putting yard sign down at the mailbox and driving off. According to my work order for that day a host of services is listed as completed. They are a rip off, fare and square. I would liken it to criminal theft by deception. This company does whatever they feel like without consulting the customer. They charged my parents for services they did not agree to and then sent them to collections without any notice. Parents wanted to stop services because they were charging so much for work that wasn't giving any results they promised. They said they would fix the weed problem, which happens to be so FALSE! STAY AWAY from this company. They are frauds.

I had the weed man come to see what they could do about my lawn first time was they fertilize my lawn then sprayed a week later charge me $179 second time the young man was over I guess to fertilize again but on my video cameras I can see he did not applied it all over only half so I called and the manager came over and agreed it was not done properly so this young man return to do the job I guess there were several complaints that day again I was charge $87 then again another $87 when I was gone on my return after being awa... read more
