My mom has been using the weed man for a full year. Looking forward to her spring time grass.This is what she got! So very disappointed with Kenny. He says it’s not dead. She needs to water it. She scalped her grass when she cut it. She has moles. Every excuse in the book. The company killed her Bermuda grass. Her centipede grass is the only thing still standing. And it is yellowing. Awful company the customer service from the receptionist was unprofessional and she was rude. They came to your residence without calling first then left us a bill I asked them to waive the unexpected services and they said they would and I was still left with the bill once calling back. I asked to talk with the manager and he never called at all. I will give my money to another lawn care service.
They need to lower their prices by at least 1/3, a well known lawn weed service was almost half of what they charge with more treatments. After I cancelled them they came out anyway and treated my yard after my new service treated it causing my grass to die, I called their customer service and complained and she said they would have a supervisor check my yard in a couple of weeks to make sure it’s okay. I recommend Truegreen or anyone besides them.

The first year they were great! slowly over time the service degraded, My neighbor also uses this company. On more that one occasion i watched them half do his yard!! Sorry to say i never told him, but i will today the last two visits to my home, i was home but missed them what they put on my bill never occurred they stated they put down granules but i could not find any!! I have more weeds in my yard than my neighbor that does nothing but cut every 2 weeks
