Your customer service has completely tanked. You don't even answer your phone and you don't return call even when a VM is left for a call back. What happened to you guys?
RecommendedMy Mom and Dad have used Weed Man for many years and have always had the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood. Last year after they both pasted away I bought their home and continued their contract with Weed Man. I'm very happy with their services.
Our lawn has NEVER looked sooo badly & we've never spent so much money!!! It's completely Brown & dead!! There's only dirt under the brown, dead grass. We have contacted the company via email & spoken directly with the secretary that said we would be contacted ASAP. It's been more than 24 hours and no contact yet! Our yard went from being the greenest, lushest lawn in the neighborhood to brownest, ugliest with this company! (Won't allow me to post pics!) No experience very little communication
If I could give a "0" I would. Started off OK 2 years ago, then suddenly the products stopped working, they never answer/return calls, they only maybe answer via email. We had to badger them to come out & respray because our weeds were over running the lawn - and when they sprayed whatever they used killed parts of my lawn so now it looks polka dotted. They have not returned my call yet about this issue. They are a really, really terribly run company now.
Great company! Great people! Great results! Wish more businesses operated like this.
Been caring for my lawn for years and I wouldn't change. Great looking lawn year after year.
I have had WeedMan for over 10 years. Never had a problem with them. Yard is well taken care of. Price had remained the same for all of these years. Don't know what the other commentors problems are.
