I have had Weed Man doing my lawn for about 2 years and am very satisfied with how it looks and has improved. The personalized handwritten notes from Matt about my yard, and even one about closing my gate which had blown open are also very much appreciated.
I find their service very effective in providing healthy turf and preventing weeds. Staff is knowledgeable and questions or concerns are addressed quickly.
The employees that come out to take care of your lawn are amazing!!! They care about your lawn and making sure that it is well taken care of. My lawn looks awesome and I just started this spring using them. Their follow up is wonderful. They want to make sure you are getting the best service possible.
We've had them 2 years now and the lawn looks great. They have done a really good job.
We had Weed Mad treat our lawn for insects, the results have been great. We can actually enjoy our patio with our dogs without the annoyance of mosquitos! We did have an incident with the person applying the treatment leaving the gate open for the fenced in year, but we were called and received an apology and also a beautiful bouquet of flowers for the error. Weed Man went above and beyond to correct a difficult situation.
The constant calls and now a person at my door...multiple take me off of your list and stop calling me doesn't seem to do it. The most obnoxious group i have encounter so far!!! STOP CALLING!
You're company supports fraudulent behavior and has the absolute worst businesses etiquette I've ever seen. You have employees forging signatures and you fire the ones who don't over text. Get your act together, seriously.
