The Weed Man is a great company. The customer service is excellent and friendly. If I call with an issue, they are quick to resolve it without a hassle. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I was sick and had to reschedule and they did with no issues. I would highly recommend them.
Customer service and reliability has been great. They use safe products, so we don't have to worry about carcinogenic products like Round-up on the property.

The reason why I m giving them 3 out of 5, there were areas that they missed and did not aerate my yard, it was not big enough areas for me to call and complain enough, but enough were I will not be using them again, maybe I should not have paid the guy after he did the work or have the company bill me after the fact, and maybe then the guy would not have missed areas, and I would have gotten a 5 out of 5 stars job.... I hired this company several years ago by purchasing a Groupon deal. I was very pleased with the timeliness of completion and the quality of service. My lawn looked good after the service.
Had a problem with scheduling the work as the fellow who gave me the scheduled date did not follow through and get it booked in their system. As a result, no one showed up on the promised date and I had to make a lot of calls to straighten it out. They did send a crew over the next morning. The work itself was thorough and I had them do aeration, overseeding, and fertilizing. I have watered the lawn faithfully twice a day since.
