I would not recommend Weed Man. I had a very healthy lawn. I noticed in August my lawn started dying turning brown. This happened right after Weed Man sprayed herbicides & broadleaf control on my lawn. I called Weed Man & they immediately stated it was Army Worms. I did the test of applying soap & warm water on the affected areas & no army worms appeared. Tom from Weed Man came out to inspect my lawn & he stated the problem was Army Worms. Do not use Weedman. One day I heard some machines outside. I looked outside and Weedman was doing core aeration which I did not request. We told the people performing the work that we did not request this service. They said it was on their list. I told I do not pay for services not requested. I immediately contacted customer service and informed them not to charge me. They contacted me and said as I had done it in previous years they automatically added it to my service. Disgraceful experience with them. I’ve never used their services. Somehow they attached my name to an account that was turned over to collections. I understand mistakes happen, but they have refused to help me. Even hung up on me several times when I asked for a manager’s name or to speak with a manager. Terrible way to treat someone who you’ve harmed economically and financially. Beware.

I was a customer of Weedman Roswell (with 2 of my properties) for several years. The poor customer service and lack of simple follow through time and again finally made me switch to TruGreen. Upon cancellation, I discovered that Weedman didn't cancel my account and continued billing. After some back and forth, they finally agreed (in writing) to give me a credit that I could use for any service and I paid the balance. Big mistake. Weed man didn’t do the job I ask for.They would continue calling me wanting to service my yard for all types of things.I asked them nicely not to call me or set foot on my property. I received a bill last year they treated my property with out my knowledge I paid for the first year in full.

Weed man has always been professional and done a great job on my lawn. They are always there to answer any questions i may have, and they have always communicated with me well. Highly recommend Weed Man!

Hopefully, this helps someone! Weed Man provided a weed service for my lawn for six months - I agreed to this and paid upfront for it. The service failed to make any improvement to my lawn. Despite my dissatisfaction with the service, Weed Man continued providing a monthly service and have attempted to bill me. We have no contractual agreement for service after six months. I experienced the absolute worst service ever! I signed on with their service initially but later canceled due to them never showing up. I called week after week was told they were coming but they never came, nor did they call to reschedule. They later called me and ask if I would consider giving them a second chance. They explained that they were backed up due to weather and they were working on changing things within the company. Man treated my lawn with weed killer without my consent.I was told it was done because in a survey, I expressed dissatisfaction with prior services and lack of weed control. This complaint referred to a prior treatment done a month ago. I was never contacted or had weed control re-applied after I had initially emailed to complain that this service did not control the weeds.
