I’ve been a customer for over 16 years, and can say that they treat you like family. Great deals, better people, and the best place for new and gently used items for your kids. Clothes, games, toys, furniture and more.
The new appointment system made it such a smoother process for me to bring things with my daughter.
Terrible customer service.
My daughter and I went recently and the staff went out of their way to find some critters that were in inventory, but we couldn’t find. They looked all over until the missing critters were found. The customer service is excellent. The ladies there went above and beyond to help find the perfect Christmas present for my daughter. We will definitely be repeat customers.
