Front desk staff need training in people skills. They have lost shot record and medical record several times after they where faxed to them by other doctors and hospital. But once you get passed the front desk staff they have the best Pediatric doctors this side of Children Medical Center Dallas, The girls really like their doctors, and the care they provide, also the pharmacy is inside the building so you don't have to leave the doctor office and go to Walgreen or CVS and wait again on Medication.
