Scheduled an appointment for 2:45. Showed up at 230. Go to check into the app virtually and the app says it was canceled. Call them while im sitting in the parking lot, and i said "im sitting outside trying to check in and it says my app is canceled" lady says "no your app is for 3:00" It was 2:45 but whatever.. go to click on another link to check in.. did so...Walk in and the front desk looks at me like im crazy and dont say hey.. dont welcome me or anything. Even though we got dismissed for choosing not to vaccinate (which is why I give 4 stars, our current administration is actively investigating and re-analyzing vaccines and finding a lot of issues, I find it reasonable to pause vaccine requirements until it’s clear that they’re safe or reformulated if necessary), this clinic and everyone that works in it are the nicest, most genuine pediatric workers I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful experience at Wee Care! The staff was friendly, the wait times were short, the office was welcoming, and the pediatrician took great care of our child. Highly recommend!
This place is terrible, but it’s to be expected being that it’s government dr. I’ve had to reschedule a few appointments the day of due to uncontrollable events and they told us we could no longer be a patient there because they were considered no-show appointments.
