Yes this company definitely needs to be investigated. We should have done some research on sites like BBB and did some reference checks before going with this type of company. I gave them a benefit of doubt to try to resolve an issue with them last year and thought it was. Now after several months I found out it wasnt ever resolved and continue to get text and letters saying we owe funds. This company IS filled with scammers. I signed up for service and when I called to cancel, they said they never got the message. Needless to say, days later they said they sent someone at my house. Well I work from home and never saw anyone outside. They also go inside to spray, but apparently that day -- they said they only sprayed outside. Their business practices are abominable. Scheduling visits when I've cancelled them 3 months prior. . Returned emails. Never call me back. Attempts to put through my credit card without my knowledge. STAY AWAY. You will waste precious time.

Hello *****, I left you a voicemail yesterday and have not heard back. This is never the way we want our customers to feel and really there is an explanation for this. One of my CSR's and myself have spoken with you via phone and email. We explained the glitch in our software that caused an ACH payment to not go through and unfortunately did not find out about it for almost 3 months after.
