Wow! In today's high-etc medical and dental offices with multiple practitioners, it is, indeed, a joy to have discovered Wedgwood Dental Clinic!! Dr. Emily and ALL the assistants who work with her are so kind, concerned, and caring. And if you are one of those without dental insurance, they are so willing to work with you, with creative ways to keep the costs down. I really appreciate their understanding, and willingness to attend to accommodate my needs!!
During my life I have visited several dentist, and I must say Emily Shakelton is without a doubt the best! Her soft spoken, kind caring manor makes you feel welcome. The entire staff is amazing and will great you with a warm welcoming smile. And trust me, when you visit is over, you will walk away feeling like a valued customer, who is important to both the dentist and the staff.
Every dental appointment that I have had, has been performed in a painless, professional manner..very good at educating myself about proper dental care. The staff are always friendly & helpful.
Professional and friendly staff. Carolyn was great in helping with scheduling and ironing out the finer details with insurance. Nicole and Dr. Shackelton were quick and precise with the dental work they performed; they informed me of every step of the process and were very conscious of my comfort throughout the procedure. Netflix on the Ipad was definitely a bonus!
I was completely impressed with the level of care the entire dental team provided. From the minute I called to schedule an appointment to the time I walked out was a wonderful experience. The hygienist was thorough, explained in detail every aspect of what she was doing and took care to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was the first visit to the dentist where I didn't feel one moment of pain or discomfort. I can't recommend this dental team enough! Tell all your friends!
It might sound strange, but I look forward to going to the Dentist. Dr. Shackelton sets a wonderful tone for her office. She and her assistants are professional, caring, considerate, and thorough. Jennifer remembered little details about me 6 months later and followed up on our conversation, unbidden. All concerns are addressed. The office is responsive to emergencies.
I've visited a number of dental teams in my life and these folks are definitely at the top of the bunch. This team is clearly very well managed and well trained. I trust Dr. Shakelton wholeheartedly. People seem to be happy working here and that feeling filters down in the work they do. Communication is clear and honest and you do not feel like you are being taken advantage of like at many dental offices. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Wedgwood Dental Center!
Love these guys. They are gentle, friendly and very professional. Dr. Shackleton is really good and always gives me my options. I always get a cheerful greeting when I arrive and their appointment reminders are helpful.
