PLAYS LOUD MUSIC THAT CAN BE HEARD INSIDE HOUSES SEVERAL BLOCKS AWAY. WHEN ASKED TO TURN IT DOWN THEY SAY OK BUT DON'T ACTUALLY TURN ANYTHING DOWN. VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO NEIGHBOURS.
