Steer clear! Wedgewood Properties has been managing the apartments that I live at for about a year now. This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have put in a few maintenance requests and it seems that Catherine, who's the owner’s wife, is not able to properly communicate with the tenants and their maintenance people to coordinate times/dates.
