I have lived in Victoria Gardens for almost two years now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the complex and the team. Renata in the Leasing Office is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she never hesitates to make sure people are comfortable and happy. The Maintenance team is beyond thorough; they always take care of every little detail when it comes to repairs, no matter how big or small. I am so grateful for them and I can't recommend Victoria Gardens enough!
I recently moved out of Wedgewood Gardens after two wonderful years of living there. The whole community is very friendly, and Renata in the office was especially helpful with all my needs. My unit was modern and clean, and the patios are very specious with nice views. I've only had one issue during my time here, and the maintenance team handled it in a very timely manner. I have lived in Victoria Gardens for 11 years, anytime I have an issue with anything the maintenance team comes and repairs the issue. They don’t put a bandaid on it they make sure it’s fixed properly and clean up after themselves when they finish like they never even were there! They tore out the old bathroom from when the building was built I would say, and made it so much nicer and more functional they did a great job very professionally done and kept me updated on what they planned and were doing daily. I lived in Victoria Gardens for a year and a half, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a resident! The environment is peaceful, safe, and very well maintained. The common areas are always clean and well cared for, and the neighborhood is welcoming and respectful. It's not what it seems. I ask for help because of noisy neighbors and they don't do anything to help you. People who don't live in the apartment above bring a child every day who runs and jumps. You can't take a nap or eat quietly in your own apartment. It's horrible to live like this.
