Never again will I get pizza from here after being customers for years Called tonight to order a pizza and had decided on the wedding soup pizza but when I asked them to add tomatoes to it (which you pay extra for) I was treated horribly by not 1 but 2 employees (the 2nd person's name was candace) I was told oh we can't do that! This was once the best pizza.....ill get my pizza from somewhere else!!
Definitely not like what we here in the area are used to. Definitely different compared to when Fernando was alive. Pizzas received since have been undercooked, pizza prices increased a lot (I know prices increase but seems like it’s outrageous compared to what it should be), unable to communicate with the location (how do they keep losing access to their phone? - they are the only pizza spot/restaurant in the area with continued issues I’ve seen), and quality seemed to have dipped as well with no legit promotions present to... read more
Very good pizza, which we ate inside the facility. Everything was just fine except we had to purchase bottled sodas - no fountain drinks at the Austintown location. Took away 1/2 star because of this.
This past Sunday, 6/28, I ordered 2-12 inch pizzas. Who ever made the pizzas for order 559, "Vince", please coach them on sauce amount and distribution. I absolutely love your pizza, and I often order there to bring home to southern Ohio. If anyone asks me where to get pizza in the Youngstown area, I ALWAYS tell them Wedgewood in Austintown. I will order from you again, but I really hope future pizzas from Wedgewood are made with the care we all are used to. Thank you for your time! Vince
