I have lived here for over 15 years and have been very satisfied. I’ve seen managers come and go but, in general, they are quite responsive to our needs. I do wish they would shampoo and/or upgrade the hallway carpets. They are quite bad!

The new management is awesome - responsive and committed and just plain nice. Special shout out to Jason who follows up to make sure things get done!

I live here, and one night while taking the garbage out another resident loudly exclaimed that i shouldn’t be out this late while calling me a young girl repeatedly. i am an adult man and they sounded younger then me. i’m disappointed that they allow residents to harass each other on their own property.

I lived in one of the two-bedroom cottage-style apartments for years. The buildings are old with thin walls, and everything is painted white, including the doors and kitchen cabinets. The doors and cabinets make noise when opened or closed, and the appliances are outdated. The floors squeak, and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking and going about their daily activities. Very Racist, Me & my daughter hasn’t had the best experience here, the place is very old & needs to upgrade appliances plugs don’t work as well as heaters work when they want to very bad experiences with Management! Don’t recommend this place at all wash rooms are filthy.
