Blanca overpromises and underdelivers. She will talk up her years of experience, but in reality, seems to have limited understanding of how to plan a wedding. It was stressful having her as a planner bc she would make mistakes, mismanage the timeline and vendors, miscommunicate information to the point that I had to micromanage her.
